North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd - unauthorized supply of electricity wires over my land

Sir,

My complaint with North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited was lodged on **-Feb-**** with complaint No. **********.

Issue - Unauthorized supply of extension wire over my agricultural land.

Kindly note that no action has been taken by the Managing Director office, NBPDCL.

The mail text is as follows:

This is with reference to complain No. ********** dated ** February **** lodged against North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited

As per the reply received from AEE - Chapra (U), temporary supply extension has been supplied encroaching my land.

Please inform the following:

*. Without my permission, under which legal provision, you have supplied the extension wires by encroaching my land

*. Since then, I am unable to carry out agricultural activities because of the risk of electric shock which may be fatal and as a result causing me economic loss.

*. Why no monetary compensation has been provided to me in lieu of using my land for the supply of extension wires

*. When would be this temporary arrangement come to an end
