Hi FamPay Team, an amount of ₹** was automatically deducted from my account as a 'Boost Up Fee / Higher Deposit Limit Fee' without my prior consent or any notification. This is an unauthorized charge as I was never informed that crossing a transaction threshold would result in an automatic deduction. Please reverse this transaction and refund the ₹** back to my wallet immediately.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
