*) On **-**-**** I received an SMS message "Hello! Thank you for choosing to access SONGS, You have been charged Rs.**"
*) Yesterday (**-**-****), I received another SMS message "Hello! Tank you for choosing to access FUN PORTAL, You have been charged Rs.**"
I have never asked VI to give me access to any of the above services/portals, nor I have accessed them at any point of time. This is nothing but fraud and looting. The subject phone number is **********, where VI is the service provider.
I demand immediate stoppage of the above mentioned and any such services to my number and immediate refund (credit back to the account, or any other appropriate means).
Also, compulsorily desist from such malpractices to everyone in general and my number in particular.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
