icici bank - Unauthorized debit from ICICI Bank Account

I would like to report an unauthorized transaction from my ICICI Bank account. The amount of Rs *** got debited on **th September **** and I would like to let you know guys that whenever there is a transaction (credit or debit) from my ICICI Bank account is always receive an SMS on my registered phone number along with that an email as well however I didn't receive any SMS or an email regarding this transaction.

I would like to know why there has been a transaction of Rs *** from my account without any good reason, without any intimidation. What is the purpose of this deduction or transaction?

As per the transaction remark (NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~IPRULI~**SEP**~a*ef*f*~) which I found on the ICICI internet Banking, I suspect that this deduction of Rs *** is related to ICICI prudential.

I have enrolled myself for ICICI prudential term life insurance and **rd September **** was the policy premium date however I have paid the premium on **nd September **** (a day before the policy premium due date)

I need a logical explanation and the amount of Rs *** should be refunded back to my account ASAP.
