I have given a complaint against unauthorized transaction of my credit card ending with ****, which I have never received. My complaint email ref. number is *********** with HDFC bank
Instead of solving the problem, credit card people harassed me till I pay the amount Rs ****. The receipt of credit card payment herewith I am attaching to this complaint.
Today(on **th January) again I have received another email from credit card department asking me to pay January credit bill of rupees *** immediately.
This is amounting height of harassment from the bank, There is No response to any of my emails and responsible answers to my complaint when I call customer service and toll free numbers. I don't even know the full number of the credit card which HDFC bank people are telling that its my credit card.
