Storymax - Unauthorized AutoPay transaction without consent by Story Max

am filing a complaint against the merchant 'Story Max' for unfair trade practices and an unauthorized auto-debit transaction.
On * July ****, a ₹* transaction initiated a hidden UPI Autopay mandate without my explicit consent. Following this, on * July **** at *:** AM, an amount of ₹*** was automatically deducted from my India Post Payments Bank account through Google Pay without my authorization or knowledge.
When I contacted Story Max support via email to request a refund for this unauthorized charge, they refused my request and stated that their subscription payments are non-refundable.
I have already cancelled the Autopay mandate to prevent further fraud, but the merchant is wrongfully holding my money for a service I did not intend to purchase. The UPI Transaction ID for this fraudulent deduction is ************. I demand a full refund of ₹***.
