Jothish Shaji filed complaint against Story tv on May 3, 2026
An amount of ₹*** was deducted from my account on **/**/**** via autopay for StoryTV without my consent. I was not aware of any auto-renewal subscription. After noticing the deduction, I immediately cancelled the autopay mandate.
I contacted the StoryTV support team and requested a refund, but I have not received any proper response or refund yet.
This unauthorized deduction has caused me financial loss and inconvenience. I request a full refund of the deducted amount at the earliest.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
