I am filing this complaint against Story TV App (Greenhorn Wellness Private Limited) for unauthorized auto-debit of ₹*** from my bank account via UPI AutoPay.
Facts of the case:
Maine Story TV app mein subscription cancel kar diya tha.
Phir bhi, cancel karne ke baad bhi ₹*** unauthorized auto-debit ho gaya kyunki UPI AutoPay mandate cancel nahi kiya gaya tha (app cancel karne se UPI mandate automatically nahi rukta).
Maine Story TV support team ko email kiya tha jisme unhone details maange the. Maine details aur proofs (cancel screenshot, transaction details) bhej diye hain, lekin abhi tak full refund nahi mila hai.
Yeh erroneous aur unauthorized transaction hai kyunki maine renewal ke liye koi naya consent nahi diya tha.
Requested Resolution:
Immediate full refund of ₹*** in my original payment method (UPI/Bank account).
Confirmation email within * days.
Future auto-debits completely stop karne ke liye necessary action.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
