I bought a trial app subscription package. On the last day of trial package, Apple charged my card INR **** without any authorisation. It has been * months since I have been fighting for a refund. I called them on the same day. This happened and they have been rejecting my case. I even registered a case on national consumer helpline but they also didn’t help.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
