Unauthorized ₹*** autopay deduction by Story TV after ₹* trial
I paid only ₹* for the Story TV trial, but later ₹*** was auto-debited from my Paytm account without clear consent. I did not intend to subscribe to any recurring payment. I want the mandate cancelled immediately and a full refund of ₹***.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
