I have formally escalated my complaint to ICICI bank regarding the unauthorized Demat and Trading account that was opened in my name when a representative visited to open my salary account. I never provided consent or authorization for opening any Demat or Trading account.
Despite raising this issue multiple times through your customer support channels, the matter remains unresolved. I have only been receiving repeated assurances that the issue will be resolved soon, but no actual action has been taken so far.
What is even more concerning is that additional amounts have again been deducted from my account recently. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially when my previous complaint itself is still pending resolution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
