Icici Personal Loan - Unauthorised Loan Deductions

My ICICI personal loan balance amount to be paid on Dec **, **** was INR *,**, ***/- as informed through a physical statement sent to my permanent residence.
Loan maturity date was November *, ****.
The total balance amount cleared by me was
INR *,**,***.**/- as of Sep **, with the final amount of INR **,***.**/- debited by the loan organisation.
My ICICI account showed that no further amount was due from me, and no debits took place in October by the loan organisation. I took that to be the closure of my ICICI personal loan.
On Nov **, I transferred INR **, ***/- into my ICICI account for other purposes. On Nov **,
INR **, ***.**/- was debited without my authorisation.
This is an amount in excess of INR **,***.**/-.
The bounce charges for an EMI are ** paise, which happened only on Sep **, before I closed the final balance on Sep **. There were no bounce charges or attempts to debit any amount in October by the loan organisation, because the balance was paid in full.
They have fraudulently debited this excess amount and are not claiming that it was part of their charges.
I called them up to complain, but they kept talking about the EMI not being maintained in Feb, and offered no explanations for why my ICICI account showed that there was no due amount pending from me for the loan.
They have taken advantage of the fact that this was an account that was only being used to service the loan and assumed I wasn't paying close attention to the transactions.
I can't understand how they can charge **,***/- in excess that too when the amount was closed by me. If there was a difference amount, why was there no attempt to debit in the month of October and why did they debit now that I transferred extra funds.
They keep telling me that I should call them to close the loan, while they forget that it is their responsibility to ensure that the correct amount is debited, especially while closing the loan. They have debited extra and are now justifying it was a charge towards the discontinuation of EMI in February.
I would also like to highlight the unprofessional behaviour of the employees at the ICICI Personal loan organisation. When I called and questioned them about the extra debits on my account and asked to tally the deductions with the balance left on my loan, they started diverting the conversation and could not offer any explanations.
