Technocare - Unauthorised entry and change in the TV parts

I have been contacted by the Micromax company and made a complaint on TV repair. But unauthorized person came to my house for attending the complaint and take my TV. After knowing the fact I stop the repair works. Then they returned the TV. However, so many parts are changed with a faulty one and some parts are missing. The parts changed are not related to the Micromax and they have put their signature also.
