Just Dial limited - Unauthorised ECS deduction

On **.**.**** I have paid money to a just dial executive name Sunit Kumar Mondal for promoting/advertisement of my business name Modicare Distribution Point for which there service was to supposed to provide leads of the customers for my particular brand and its ranges but from the very beginning I have received a fake leads for no use/no profit for my business and whenever I have tried raising complain regarding my concern, one of their ECS department employee named Tumpa Saha continued asking for details again & again harrasing for the same issue and not taken the matter seriously and not yet stoped my ECS transaction service.
