Unauthorized charges for RT-PCR covid test,Inspite of Telangana govt capping RT-PCR tests price at Rs *** ,Megsan Diagnostics has found a cheap way to fool customers by adding safety measures charges in their bill of additional Rs ***,this is exploitation of situation,i want explanation from them on what costly measures are being taken in a detailed audit report
