Bank of Baroda - unauthorise deduction of the amount

I have a loan account with Bank of Baroda and the bank has been charging interest on my account from the year **** onwards

The bank has charged interest rates such as *.** percent in April **** *.** percent in June **** and **.** percent in July ****

However as per the bank MCLR data the applicable benchmark rate during the same period was around *.** percent to *.** percent

This clearly shows that excess interest has been charged beyond the applicable benchmark rate

The difference between MCLR and the charged interest is around * percent to *.* percent and the bank has not provided any clear justification or agreement for such high spread

The interest rate has also been changed multiple times without proper communication or consent

Further penal interest of * percent has been charged repeatedly which has significantly increased the total burden on me

Additionally the bank is now debiting and recovering these charges after a gap of about four years which is arbitrary and unjustified and has caused sudden financial burden

The bank has failed to provide proper interest calculation details and has not explained the basis of these changes which shows lack of transparency

Due to this I have suffered financial loss and mental stress and my financial condition has been affected

I request that the excess interest charged should be refunded my loan account should be recalculated correctly and compensation should be provided for the loss and harassment caused to me
