I am writing to bring to your attention that I have been billed for **mt cement without any order request or approval from my side.
This unauthorized billing appears to have been done by the area office solely to meet targets, which is unethical and against the principles of fair business. I request immediate cancellation of this invoice and confirmation in writing that I am not liable for any payment or delivery against this unauthorized billing.
I have been a loyal ACC dealer and expect transparent and fair business practices. Please treat this matter as urgent.
