Jaipur Vidyut vitran nigam limited - Unattended complaint no

I made a complaint against the disruptive power supply in our apartment at *:** pm on toll free number of JVVNL. I had a word with executive and he shared my complaint no *************. Till **.** am , present time when I m writing this mail, my complaint has not been addressed and resolved. During meantime, I made * calls on toll free number but those idiots don't have proper answer than I searched the contact number of JVVNL, Kiran path , Mansarovar office n I got the no and had talked to the executive n he assured that problem would be resolved in sometime but it went into the vain. These people are charging any amount during lockdown in the name of electricity bills and we are paying as we don't have time to run after these people. I want to file complaint against the irresponsible behaviour of all the officers and executives who didn't help me in resolving my electricity problem on time due to which I have gone through mental trauma.
