Quick Wash - Unacceptable Service

I had given my clothes to wash to a laundry service provider Quick Wash in Mukherjee Nagar, New Delhi. When I got them back, all of my Shirts and T-Shirts have similar kind of stains on them, which made my clothes unfit to wear. All of the clothes were branded and expensive costing around Rs. **,***. When I contacted the laundry, they rebuked me instead by saying some unacceptable offensive language and denied any refund. I want them to pay me in full for the clothes they ruined, as the stains are not going away and the clothes are not suitable to wear anymore.
