Zee 5 - Unable to watch movie

I recharge radhe combo offer on **th May oN zee* ..whenever I opened my app to see the movie..it shown that content is not available .even the customer support is not available.i am complaining this everyday but nobody respond yet.atleast clear us what is happening .if you have not active the radhe combo offer so return our money..
