Dhani Aap - Unable to use dhani credit limit

Dear Sir, I had purchased one year Dhani Plus Membership Plan of Dhani Health Care Limited on **th November **** by paying Rs.***, in lieu of which I have been given Rs.***** Dhani Credit Limit. Unfortunately I am not able to utilize this limit in any way. Today even after * days have passed, I feel cheated. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. Earlier also I was cheated in the same way, whose complaint is registered on your portal, but I could not find any solution in that. Dear Sir, Whenever I use Dhani Credit for online shopping or bill payment, I automatically see the payment option in spite of having membership. While Dhani Credit Limit should appear in its place. Along with this membership, a bag worth Rs *** MRP was said to be given as a free gift, while in its place a very poor bag worth Rs ** MRP was sent. Now in both the cases they are not getting any solution on their customer helpline. Please provide me the solution of my problem as soon as possible. I want proper compensation for this.
