Dhani cares - Unable to update KYC and unresponsive customer service

Hi,

I use to have a Loan with Dhani Bank, and using my personal details from this Loan application, Dhani has created another Fake Application for a another loan under Dhani Care that I never asked for. And were saying they have credited **,***/- to the wallet, but gave me no chance to check the credit.
I have not signed any such application. This is a false application from Dhani.
The loan was Auto repaid from my bank Account and with out my consent.
Now, Dhani bank neither allow me to use the Loan credit, nor refund me the **K deduction to my bank Account.
They're not allowing me to update KYC without which I can not use any credit from Dhani App.

The customer service team attempt a call back to me and disconnect. They attend my calls, put me on wait and then disconnects. Very Rude behavior.
