I have added an amount of **** in my Mobikwik wallet and tried of transferring it to a merchant. It always display to do KYC. Neither it allows me to transfer the amount to the merchant nor to my bank. I tried of finding nearby KYC Centers all over Hyderabad but not able to find it.
It's been more than ** days Mobikwik never responded back even after raising a complaint in there Application and website.
Please help me. I'm really very much worried about my money that is really worth to me.
