Goramall - Unable to track my product

I have ordered Redmi note * which is not yet launched in India from an international website.
Seeing everything I taught it was a legit website. I then later paid them they amount and I received a confirmation email.
I was unable to track my product and I mailed to their ID which was provided on the website and the E-Mail doesn't exist.
I tried reaching out with a number provided in the website and even that also doesn't exist.
