I was a customer of S Ride and used to use this app for car pool. I took a subscription for the ride but im no longer using this app. I tried to stop the automatic payment renewal option connected to Razorpay but it is not cancelling my request. I sent multiple emails to S Ride customer care but they are saying that subscription can not be cancelled. Please help me to resolve the issue.
