Siti Digital - Unable to seek reconnection of cable

I have been a resident of bapujinagar for the past * years and had a local cable connection which I requested to pause service for as we were moving out of the city for * years however, I was informed there will be no additional charges upon seeking the reconnection. Now when i tried contacting the service provider, they insist on paying for a new set top box and I am clueless what will happen to the sum I paid while getting the existing one. I do not wish to pay and the cable operator denies replacing my set top box as this is still functional. I really am clueless by the ignorant answers they give and really need help in dealing with them and the multiples instances I have been scammed.
