Vipul Motors pvt Ltd - Unable to Repair under Warranty

Dear Sir,

I am facing some problem in my Maruti Suzuki Brezza Car & I have already informed to Vipul Motors many times but they are unable to resolve it. I am also in touch with Mr. Rajiv Kumar Shah (Territory Service Manager from Maruti Suzuki India) from last * days but unfortunately I am not getting any positive feedback from him.

My complaints are given below-

Issue with central locking

I was facing problem with my Central Locking issue which was company fitted & installed by Suzuki Motors. I got resolution of same complaint in * months after many followups & multiple visits at Vipul Service Center.

Issue with Right Side front door noise

I was facing some problem with right side front door. It was making too sound during running the car. I logged same complaint in the month of June **** during my **,*** km service. Since June **** to till now I am facing the same problem in my car even after multiple visits (around * visits) at service center (Vipul Motors) but issue is not resolved yet. My car was under Vipul custody for a whole week but they were unable to resolve it.

Means Suzuki Motors is doing research & development on my car where Suzuki Motors & Service Center is a gainer & I am bloody a looser.

Sir, Vipul Motors has given me lot of mental harassment & I have loose lot of money due to negligence of Vipul Motors. I need compensation of Rs. **,***/- from them as still they are taking this matter very lightly & my door noise problem is still unresolved. I need your help in such case to penalize them otherwise they will be making fools to others.
