Nokia mobile - Unable to Repair my Nokia 8 1

On **.**.**, I submitted my Nokia *.* at Anika Enterprises Jabalpur Service Center to repair my dead smartphone, which is under warranty. Service Center employee told me to wait for ** to ** days to repair your phone because phone's part comes from Nokia warehouse. Expected delivery date was **.**.** and on the same day I called the service center to get update about my phone they told me, your phone is still not repair because the part is not deliver by Nokia's warehouse so I call Nokia Customer Support On **.**.** to ask about my phone's part they told me to wait for more * days as they are proceeding my case to their senior department. On **.**.** I called again Nokia Customer Support, they told me they didn't get any update from their Senior department and I've to mail them from their website about my case so I did and in mail i got reply to wait more for * days. On **.**.** I called again Nokia to get update about case they told me they still didn't get any update about my phone or the part, they told me to call on Monday that is **.**.** to get update and we will definitely dispatch your part from our warehouse on Monday.
On **.**.**, again I called Nokia to know about my phone and they still didn't any update about my phone and part. They said me to wait more.

Please help to get my phone back they are just faking me all the time. Please!
