Teen paati sweet - unable to recharge balance and loss a winning game

while playing teen patti , i got triple AAA and i invest more than **k and my balance got low . so i try to recharge it while playing but they didn't allow me to recharge. i try to recharge multiple times but didn't got success. once i got sucess they return back to me and my time for recharging finished. at that time i write email to them and chat with customers care but they are not ready to compensate me. why??
