I deposited money in Howzat account but then I was not allowed to play Rummy games which was allowed till *st April'**.
I have sent a lot of mails to them but their reply is not satisfactory as they are saying that you do not have enough money. Sometime they say that our team is working constantly to resolve this, sometime they say that you can't play rummy games with Howzat amount. I have provided enough evidence that I have more than **** rs. in Howzat account. But every time the reply is the same. They didn't have any customer care number and the mail reply is same every time i.e. not satisfactory.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
