Samsung - Unable to play any video

Iam a zee* premium customer, suddenly umable to play any video, while enterjng with my registwred mode. While entering guest mode i able to see old videos except premium, however my registered login not working any video. Could u please check this issue and get it to be resolved. As i tried the following ways to clear the issue (cleared cache, data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app) however no ways or working. If the app wants any additional money to access my login that also no idea. Please check my issue to be resolved.
