careersbeam com - Unable to get refund

Had registered with careersbeam.com for better service opportuinities. They had arranged one interview for top post. * rounds were done. During each round careersbeam had taken money from me which is refundable . Even after * round i did not get offer letter nor refund of my amount. I had raised refund email in the month of Aug.**** and even spoke to compliance finance etc. Everybody tells that i will get refund but nothing happens , they do not respond on the eamil as well as mobile phones.
