I tried couple of times to book my holiday but unable to find the resort details any more on web and their website is not available anymore, I have paid ***** rupees to these guys

Had bought a package from Goa when they sold me a **yr package for resorts alongwith tie up with DAE as well. Have neither got the login details or the refund even after multiple followups.
