super - Unable to do return for the product as the seller is not reverting

I have Placed order for apple watch Series * on instagram. Person have asked me to fill the details like name address phone no etc. I have filled and submitted the form. On the basis of that form my order was placed. Order Id : ******. and got message to track the shipment "Dear saaz pathak ., Your order has been shipped, please find detailed tracking at https://selloship.com/pages/tracking/*************". Today I have received a product but the product quality is not as i was expecting. Now I want to return the order but the person is not reverting on any my messages. I have pinged him multiple times.
