Baba Cargo Packers and Movers - Unable to deliver the home product Cycle

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the non-delivery of a cycle that I shipped through Baba Cargo Packers and Movers Company.

Details of the Shipment: Shipment is of bicycle for my Son studying in College at Lucknow. Bicycle was a new cycle in red colour with multi-break system.

Despite the promised delivery timeline, the cycle has not yet been delivered. Additionally, I have not received any communication or updates regarding the delay. Mr Pradeep Sharma (********** ) always give me false commitment for delivery schedule and now he is saying you will not get your bicycle. This has caused significant inconvenience, especially as I relied on his services for timely delivery.

The person who collect the shipment from Anita Gond’s home in Gokul Nagar, Thane, Maharashtra and collect ****/- in cash for courier Charges

Please treat this matter as urgent. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I may need to escalate this complaint further.
