Athreya hospital throssur - Un necessary fees and cost of hospital expense

My mother was admitted in athreya hospital on **/**/**** * pm my mother's name is thasleema ** years old we have discharged **/**/**** *
** pm . I have two complaint against them one is we tried to discharge from * pm because lack of services and caring they had discharged * hours late. After discharge when we took patient to ambulance thier security refused to shift my mother to ambulance they don't have any rights to refuse us unless we have paid full amount already. Second thing is they had refer to rajagiri hospital pur fortunately we took to manjeri govnmt hospital when the doctor call from manjeri to rajagiri they ask them why you are take care them they refer to rajagiri they should take to there. Third one is there is one doctor her name is varsha she gave fear to my relatives when discharge from there they said like mother get stroke silent attack and nephrone will fail badly it leads to death they said it. They don't have any resources or evidence to say this because now my mother is fine at Calicut medical College
