I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with Abroad Ninja. I recently used their services and experienced nothing short of pathetic service. Not only was the service quality abysmal, but they have also refused to refund my money despite their clear failure to deliver on their promises.
I strongly advise anyone considering using Abroad Ninja to look elsewhere. Save yourself the time, money, and stress. Their customer service is non-existent, and they clearly do not value their clients.
