Ud Chalo - Udchalo co fraud

Ud chalo .com is claiming to help indian armed forces population...there website started new way of ditching... showing that icici bank account pay will give you *** rupees off but when I clicked the link the money got deducted from account ...but ticket not issued... the money got added to udchalo accountinstead of crediting back to deducted account...when next time as per their advice I tried to book ticket I was forced to pay extra ** rupees and then also ticket was not issued ....and customer care people instead of helping the customer (Knowing them faujis) are not helping to get the ticket confirmation...a new way of cheating business...
