Ucoin digital trading platform - Ucoin platform denied withdrawl

After trying them for a day i was asked to make investments on * occasions and to be tread carefully i only made small payments
First * payments they provided profits of ****, so i decided to try slightly higher and invested *k on which again they showed on their platform that i have made profit of **** but to withdraw i should make another investment of ***** INR to get better rewards
On which i said, i am fine with low rewards on day* and pls withdraw the current asset of **** on which their agents started talking rude and said you can not withdraw you to complete this another order and we will give you money then.
When i pointed your rules can not be above the laws of RBI and authorities, you can deny withdrawl of asset and i dont wish to risk high on day *
Post which just said - you can not withdraw this is our platform and our rules and thus the asset balance as i am showing and some of conversation here to provide evidence
