Midasbuy - UC not received

i tried to buy UC from midasbuy using razor gold. But **.** USD was deducted from my account and then there was some sort of error. After some time i tried to buy again now using the new lucky draw event. the same thing happened here, Midasbuy deducted **.** USD and showed that network is busy and asked to try again later. Now there is no order summary and no way to track my order. In total i paid ** USD today and did not receive single UC. Please look into this and arrange either for a refund or add UC in my account. Thank you in advance.

Hi...sir **Sept,**** I purchased a UC from midasbuy so I paid from Razer Gold(**.**) for this but my payment was failed and my amount was deducted from my Razer Gold so as soon as possible please refund my amount.....
