Krafton BGMI - UC DEDUCTION FROM MY BGMI ID

I purchased UC pack of ***rs and redeemed uc from Google play store worth **** points. On **th November when I logged in early morning my uc balance was *** and on the same day during night time when I logged in it was *. My UC balance was *. I immediately sent all the details to bgmi support team but they said I purchased some in game item and when I asked them for the purchase history nothing helpful coming from them. I sent all the screenshots of transaction and points redemption but still no help from them. Please help me out with this. I had to purchase UC pack of **rs because they deducted all my UC with giving me proper reason with proof and did not even inform me about it
