Uber company - Uber rider not paid booking amount to drive
Chaitanya Jagdish Meshram filed complaint against Uber company on Dec 19, 2025
I took a booking on Uber app yesterday and I delivered it to her address.
After reaching there, the passenger told me that her phone was switched off. I can't give you money online, I will bring you money from home, so she got out of the car and ran away.
After that, I complained about her name on Uber app., But I got a disappointing reply from Uber app.
I got a reply from Uber service center that you took money from the passenger, we can't help you in this. And they didn't help me at all and didn't give me my money either.
