I order a item in UBER EATS on **-JUNE-****, and the first order I placed at **:**PM and it throws order cancelled and again after ** minutes(**:**PM) I again reorder the same item same thing happened Order Canceled so I decided to order the item from any other app and I order the item from outside Uber eats, and the order came to my leaving place and I surprised and the delivery boy reach out to customer care and explain the situation to them, within a minute I got call from customer care and asked the person to connect the call to supervisor after two minutes he connected to Vijay supervisor from Uber eats and deneyed to share his full name and employee Id for reference and he forced me to take the parecel other wise he will penalise the same amount of item..And he said me to complain it later so I take the parcel and the supervisor from Uber eats he disconnected the call when I need more brief..I have screenshots of app and my SMS history
