Brijwasi sweets - Uber eats delivered rancid damaged sweets

I have order *st time from uber eats (malai cham cham sweets) and they delivered the rancid / damaged product. I have raise a concern to compensate either replace the product or refund the money but Uber support denies as it is not in their policy. All i'm saying it could cause food poisoning or other serious medical issues.
Note: The sweets are with me as an evidence.
