Appollo Tyres - Tyre lost at the service centre and the service centre denied any kind of support

Hi Apollo team

I want to take your attention to my issue that is related to your regional service centre located at Chandigarh Industrial Area Phase *.

I bought my Tata punch car from Joshi Tata Mohali. It was having Apollo tyres in it. About * months back in October, **** I noticed continuous leakage of air pressure in one of my tire. After checking it I got to know that there are some small leakage in the tyre and the same was causing the issue.

I checked with my car agency for the same and they referred me to the appollo service centre located at Chandigarh Industrial Area Phase *.

Once I visited the office of appollo tyres, they directed me to the one of the CSE named Sanjay. After the inspection of tyre, he informed me that the tyre's problem is a defect of tyre and hence it will get replaced with a new tyre.

For the further process he asked me to submit the tyre to one of their tyre dealer named Sethi tyre and auto located at Phase *, Mohali. I followed the instructions of CSE Sanjay and did the same.

It took about **-** days when I received a massage from Apollo tyres saying "Dear Customer, Your tyre received vide Recpt no ********** with Dealer complaint docket number ***** dated **/**/**** has been examined & has no workmanship or material related issue - Apollo Tyres".

Since the Massage was not same as it was started by Sanjay. I imidiataly check with Sanjay for the difference of results. In reply he mentioned that because tyre was not having any visible damage and he forgot the conversation therefore he mistakenly created a wrong report. He further added that he will ask the dealer to send the tyre back to him and will update the report. For this he asked me to wait for * weeks.

After * weeks I again check with Sanjay about my tyre and he suggested to wait for some more time. And he kept buying some more time until the month of May ****. In the Month of June **** , he stopped picking my call, and this was the time I realised that everything is not OK.

After calling multiple times to the CSE Sanjay and not getting any reply, I visited the appollo service centre located at Chandigarh Industrial Area Phase *. There I met the manager Ajay and other staff. After taking to them I got to know that the CSE Sanjay quit his job in May ****.

Once I raised my concern with Manager Ajay. He straight way denied all the responsibility and pushed me to the dealer saying, we don't have any tyre of your. You need to go to the Sethi tyre and auto, and collect the tyre from him only. And we will not help in the case . Once I mentioned the story of CSE Sanjay and the delay happened because of him. Ajay denied all the responsibility of his junior fellow and unprofessional exercises. After taking to the other staff of the office I got a suggestion to check with Dealer Sethi tyre and auto for the tyre.

I visited the dealer Sethi tyre and auto same day. The dealer informed me that he is not having possession of my tyre since it was sent to the appollo service centre located at Chandigarh Industrial Area Phase *, on the directions of CSE Sanjay. And he denied to give my tyre back.

On June **, **** I visited the appollo service centre again to register my concern and asking for resolution of the blunder happened with me. But the Manager Ajay denied to talk about it. And asked me to whatever I can, he will not help me or he was not even ready to listen to me.
I don't know how a manager of a national company can talk to a customer like this. His attitude was totally unprofessional. He shouted at me and behaved like he is doing some favour by performing his duties.

I will request the Team Apollo to look into the matter and help me here. Since your local management of Chandigarh is so arrogant that they are not responding at all, I am hopping that the higher management will look upon it and give me a resolution soon.
