TVS Sri Pandian motors and HDFC bank - Two wheeler complaint

We have bought TVC Jupiter *** CC scooter rs.****** and engine no : BK*PN******* on Feb **th from Tvs motor showroom by Loan( TVS Sri Pandian Motors - **, APK Main R d, Mahalipatti, Pykara, Tamil Nadu ******. They have arranged for two wheeler loan through HDFC representative for ***** rs they asked HDFC representative to come to showroom for Loan and they asked required documents to apply so we gave all our documents. At that time manager (Name : Daniel ) and sales person of TVS Sri Pandian Motors and hdfc representative said interest rate will be *% and will apply for * year with *% interest rate and we paid remaining ***** rs (rs **** -processing fee and rs.***** for initial amount)on next day they Manager and HDFC representative told us we can give for **% for ** months so we denied for that since we asked them to apply for only if its * year with * % percent interest rate but they said it's already approved for ** % interest for * year and the amount will be disbursed to your loan account so you have to pay rs. **** emi/month . But we did not fill any application for loan and no one came for verification to our home address.We received message on April month to pay **** as emi after seeing that when we called TVS Sri Pandian motor company manager-Daniel regarding this emi messge and to ask the details he was simply saying we are not responsible for that and we don't know anything about that and If you need any details you should contact that hdfc representative or bank and also he said that HDFC representative Name : Praveen also left from the bank so visit HDFC bank Simakkal branch for any details . But when we called that HDFC representative Praveen he said I don't know about any details you have to visit bank only or you have to contact showroom but he is still working in HDFC bank only he did not resign from his job. When we reached bank on April **th afternoon to get loan details they said that they have applied for *.* years and the interest rate also **% but still they have not shown sanction letter and loan details. And they said the signature is different so we can't enable auto-pay from SBI account to take emi and mail-id also wrong .The signature whichever in the application is wrong and mail id also wrong. So they updated the correct mail-id in the system and but on the same day April **th **.** pm we received sanction letter from HDFC they mentioned the interest rate as **.**% when we went to showroom to ask for this they mistreated us and fought with us and we already said so many times before buying scooter if it's more than * year and more than * then we don't want loan and scooter. They( Daniel -Manager and Salesperson of TVS Sri Pandian motor ) lied us to sell the scooter by doing forgery without our acknowledgement.Because of this we are in so much of depression and losing money.Kindly please take necessary action and do needful for this and we have all the proof and attached those.
