At date of ** Jan.****, I was taken a Honda Activa * G from Sai Point Automobiles PVT. LTD. at Kalher Tal. Bhivandi on EMI Basis but i deposited Rs.*****/- for Down Payment and paid * EMI of Rs.****/- after * months my vehicle getting statrting problem. so, i reached to dealer but they cant help me. so, i humbly request to hon.Court, please Help me getting my back from dealer. i am ready to give my vehicle back also.
