Domino s pizza - Twice payment for same product online and cash

On * march in evening i visited domino's center at big bazar . I order some food and at payement time girl on counter send me link for online payment and I paid but she said that I don't recieve the money . I show her my mobile screen that I get the notification of payment but she call manager and he said if i want my order to complete then i have to paid again because they said they don't recieve payment. I paid in cash. But ***.** rs from my accounthave debited. Since march I have try several times to resolved the issue . I filed complaint in my bank but they said merchent get the payment. I contact the center they are saying they dont get the payment . I contacted paytm help center they send me message that merchent get the payment . Please help me.
