Indiabulls Financial - Twice EMI should be refunded.

First the customer service is guiding wrong info providing that we can get a loan and close it at any time. Even they don't tell the Interest rate which(**%). There is foreclosure charges but cx service will tell that there are no fore closure charges. Because of their technical issue they did not charge me on Dec *, and charged be for bouncing back and late fee. Again I paid it manually after cx service agent saying that they will waive off the bounce back charges. Again there was auto debit done. So twice EMI was deducted till now it was not refunded. It was happened on Dec ** ****. I spoke to many executives Supervisors but no body was able to help in refunding the money or waiving the bouncing back charges. Even this month they charged on January *th and added that bouncing back charges as well. It is a fraud company cheating customers and even they are creating mafia like sending recollecting agents to customer's home even after they pay EMI's on time. I have all the proper proofs and justification from my end.
