Mi 40 Inch - TVS display not working

I Bought i tv ** inch on ** march ****.Within * months its display got damaged. on ** July i riased ticket with MI and i asked for replacement of the product as is in a warraty period.They said will check with the company and let you know. Now they ae saying we are not getting approval from company for replacement and not getting any help from them whenever i am trying to reach out to them they are saying we will call you they are simply wasting the time and not helping.
